Incorrect authorization via silently failed relationship writes

Improper error handling in AuthZed SpiceDB before 1.45.2 allows remote attackers to obtain incorrect permission-check results. WriteRelationships reports success after the datastore rejects an oversized update batch, so exclusion evaluation later reads relationships that were never committed. Reachability requires an exclusion in the authorization schema, a per-call update limit above 6,500, and a batch larger than the datastore accepts; missing relationship data then drives incorrect authorization decisions.
