Full-name disclosure via unfiltered user search weights

Information disclosure in Discourse before 3.5.3, 2025.11.1, or 2025.12.0 allows remote attackers to retrieve users' full names through UI or API search. Search#user_search queried every weighted search_data field, including User#name at weight B, without excluding that weight when enable_names was disabled. Exploitation requires disabled name display and knowledge of part of a username; a matching response reveals the corresponding full name.
