Cross-user share deletion via unchecked ownership

Improper authorization in File Browser 2.45.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' share links. The shareDeleteHandler in http/share.go accepts a URL-supplied share hash and calls the store deletion method without comparing the link owner to the current user's ID. Any account with share permission can remove another user's links, interrupting access to shared content without deleting the underlying files.
