Stored XSS in CodeAstro Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via report names. The Generate New Report page persists script-bearing Patient Name and Name POST values and renders them without neutralization when a report is viewed. Valid credentials are required to submit a payload, and execution occurs in an employee or administrator browser that views the stored report.
