Arbitrary SQL execution via unvalidated topic ID

SQL injection in TorrentPier 2.8.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with moderator permissions to execute arbitrary SQL via topic_id. modcp.php reads the t parameter into $topic_id and concatenates it unquoted into the WHERE clause of its initial topic lookup. Moderator access is required; successful exploitation permits reading, modifying, or deleting any data accessible to the application database account.
