Document disclosure via incomplete relation filtering

Improper access control in GLPI 10.0.0 through 10.0.20 and 11.0.0 through 11.0.2 allows remote attackers to read attached documents. Document::canViewFileFromItem checked a supplied item type and item identifier but omitted the current document identifier from its relation query, allowing an unrelated document to satisfy the access test. Anonymous access is reachable when the public FAQ is enabled; otherwise an unauthorized authenticated account can disclose ticket, asset, or other item attachments.
