Cross-project release disclosure via mismatched package authorization

Authorization bypass in Enalean Tuleap allows remote authenticated users to read File Release System data from inaccessible projects. The File Release System package route accepts another project's package identifier while authorizing the requester against the project identifier in the URL. Exploitation requires File Release System or project administrator privileges in one project and exposes release metadata from another project, without reported modification or service interruption.
