Stored DOM XSS via unsanitized rich-text prompts

Stored DOM XSS in Open WebUI before 0.6.35 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through crafted custom prompts. RichTextInput.svelte parses the prompt body as HTML and assigns it to a temporary div's innerHTML without sanitizing attacker-controlled markup. Exploitation requires prompt-creation permission, the victim's off-by-default rich-text setting, and the victim to run the prompt command; a victim session can be stolen, and an administrator's session can be abused to execute server-side Python.
