Account takeover via unpurified login username
Published Nov 8, 2025 · Updated Nov 8, 2025
Reflected XSS in the login page of SuiteCRM 7.14.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser. The login flow renders the session's login_user_name value without HTML purification, allowing attacker-supplied markup to reach the login form. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires the victim to open a crafted link; injected script can alter the form and capture account credentials.
