Unauthorized agent registration via exposed enrollment password

Improper access control in Wazuh Dashboard Plugins from 4.9.0 to before 4.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to obtain enrollment credentials. The GET /utils/configuration endpoint returns enrollment.password and enrollment.dns in its JSON response without excluding read-only API roles from the password. A read-only API account and password-based enrollment are required; the exposed password registers new agents in the same tenant but does not disclose internal data or disrupt service.
