CSRF in Enalean Tuleap Community and Enterprise editions allows remote authenticated users to alter SVN repository controls. File Release System handlers accept state-changing requests without CSRF validation, enabling changes to commit rules or immutable tags. Exploitation requires low-privileged Tuleap access and interaction from a victim who has authority over the targeted repository.
