DoS in Django 4.2 before 4.2.26, 5.1 before 5.1.14, and 5.2 before 5.2.8 allows remote attackers to hang Windows apps. HttpResponseRedirectBase passes an unbounded redirect string to URL parsing, which performs slow NFKC normalization on oversized Unicode input under Windows. Exploitation requires a Windows-hosted application to pass attacker-controlled redirect data into the affected response constructors or redirect shortcut, consuming request-handling capacity.
