Tool manipulation via missing Origin validation

DNS rebinding in Docker MCP Gateway 0.27.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate proxied MCP tools through a victim's browser. The SSE and streamable HTTP handlers accept browser requests without validating the Origin header, exposing locally reachable MCP endpoints to rebound domains. Exploitation requires a victim to visit attacker-controlled content while the gateway uses nondefault SSE or streaming transport; default stdio mode is unaffected.
