Remote process termination via unbounded GAP iteration

Out-of-memory denial of service in eProsima Fast DDS before 2.6.11, 3.0.0 through 3.3.0, and 3.4.0 allows remote attackers to terminate readers. StatefulReader::processGapMsg() iterates over the attacker-controlled interval from gapStart to gapList.base without a range bound and inserts every sequence number into WriterProxy::changes_received_, exhausting heap memory. Network access to a RELIABLE reader on the DDS domain is sufficient; a small crafted RTPS GAP submessage causes extreme memory growth, process termination, or severe service degradation.
