Internal network access via unvalidated VXLAN source IP

Improper access control in MikroTik RouterOS 7.15.3 and 7.16.2 allows remote attackers to reach internal resources through VXLAN traffic. The VXLAN traffic handler admits encapsulated frames whose outer source IP is absent from the configured remote endpoint values. No authentication is required, but reachability depends on a configured VXLAN endpoint accepting attacker traffic; exploitation grants access only to internal resources reachable through that tunnel.
