Account takeover via unauthorized profile email change

Missing authorization in ELOG allows remote authenticated users to take over another account by changing its profile email address. The profile-update path accepts an authenticated request for another user's profile and writes the supplied email address without verifying that the requester owns or administers that account. Any existing low-privileged account can reach the flaw; self-registration is disabled by default, so obtaining that initial account depends on deployment configuration.
