Engine crash via unnamed base64_data entropy buffer

NULL pointer dereference in Suricata 8.0.0 through 8.0.1 allows attackers to crash the engine when an affected detection rule loads. DetectEntropySetup passes an unnamed base64_data signature-list buffer to VarNameStoreRegister instead of assigning the buffer a valid name. A locally configured rule combining base64_data with entropy is required, and the resulting segmentation fault interrupts network monitoring.
