Service interruption via unbounded HTTP decompression

Resource exhaustion in Suricata 8.0.0 through 8.0.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with compressed HTTP traffic. The HTP BlockingCursor uses a growable Vec buffer, allowing decompressor writes to expand it indefinitely instead of stopping at the intended chunk capacity. The traffic must traverse a monitored HTTP flow with applicable decompression enabled; continued buffer growth exhausts sensor memory.
