Cleartext storage in Columbia Weather Systems Weather MicroServer before MS_4.1_14142 allows attackers to read firmware secrets from its SD card. During boot, the appliance copies firmware portions containing user and vendor secrets to an external SD card without encrypting them. Access to the card or its contents exposes plaintext secrets that CISA reports can grant portal administration or support firmware modification.
