Post deletion via nonce-free force-run request
Published Nov 13, 2025 · Updated Nov 13, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Ramon Fincken Auto Prune Posts 3.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger post pruning. The forcerun action accepts the admin-page prune=true GET request without a valid nonce, so a forged link invokes the manual pruning path. An authenticated administrator must click the crafted link, after which configured posts or pages can be deleted under that session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
