Authenticated unauthorized actions via unprotected AJAX handlers
Published Oct 29, 2025 · Updated Oct 29, 2025
Missing authorization in Evergreen Content Poster 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to invoke administrative AJAX actions. The 1.4.6 release adds nonce and capability checks to remaining admin AJAX handlers, but the vendor does not identify the specific vulnerable handler. Any logged-in WordPress account satisfies the published privilege gate; the current Patchstack assessment limits technical impact to availability.
