Unauthenticated object injection via unsafe deserialization
Published Dec 18, 2025 · Updated Dec 18, 2025
PHP object injection in BoldThemes Codiqa before 1.2.8 allows remote attackers to instantiate objects via untrusted serialized input. Published records do not identify the request parameter, endpoint, or PHP deserialization call that accepts the serialized value. Exploitation is unauthenticated, but file deletion, data access, or code execution requires a usable POP chain from another installed plugin or theme; none is known in Codiqa itself.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
