Contributor-level PHP execution via local file inclusion
Published Oct 29, 2025 · Updated Oct 29, 2025
Local file inclusion in ThimPress Eduma 5.7.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP through crafted file paths. The affected theme passes a contributor-controlled local filename to a PHP include or require operation without restricting the selected path; public records do not identify the function or parameter. Contributor-level access is required, and code execution depends on including an uploaded server-side file containing PHP, while arbitrary local files can also expose sensitive data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
