Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated image URL

SSRF in Jellysweep before 0.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to make the server fetch content from attacker-chosen URLs. The /api/images/cache handler passes its url query parameter directly to ImageCache.ServeImage, whose HTTP client retrieves the supplied destination without restricting its host. A valid account and network access to the endpoint are required; exploitation forces outbound downloads from the server's network position.
