Stored XSS in OpenMage LTS before 20.16.0 allows attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via admin notifications. Mage_Adminhtml_Block_Notification_Grid_Renderer_Actions::render inserts notification URLs and translated action labels into HTML and JavaScript contexts without the required escaping. Exploitation requires administrative or translation privileges, control of the notification feed, or direct database access, and a victim administrator must open the notification inbox.
