Root command execution via cluster_url argument injection

OS command injection in Fortinet FortiSIEM allows remote attackers to execute commands as root via crafted TCP requests. The unauthenticated phMonitor handleStorageRequest path passes cluster_url to elastic_test_url.sh, which treats injected --next and -o options as curl arguments and writes attacker-controlled content to an arbitrary file. Overwriting an admin-writable script run by root each minute converts the file write into full appliance compromise without credentials or user interaction.
