SYSTEM code execution via unquoted service paths
Published Nov 5, 2025 · Updated Nov 5, 2025
Unquoted service paths in Roboticsware BA-Panel6, FA-Panel6, FA-Server6, and PA-Panel6 Rev17 and earlier allow local users to gain SYSTEM access. The OpcEnum and CategoryManager ImagePath registry values store executable paths containing spaces without enclosing quotes, allowing Windows to resolve an attacker-placed executable earlier in the path. Exploitation requires write permission on the system drive root and results in arbitrary code execution when an affected service starts.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
