CSRF in Jenkins Nexus Task Runner Plugin 0.9.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to open connections to attacker-chosen URLs. An HTTP endpoint accepts URL, username, and password parameters and performs the connection without restricting the request to POST. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; the bounded consequence is an outbound connection using attacker-supplied credentials.
