Authentication bypass in Jenkins SAML Plugin 4.583.vc68232f7018a_ and earlier allows attackers to impersonate a user via replayed SAML requests. The SAML client accepts a previously observed authentication response because it neither records nor rejects reused message identifiers in a replay cache. Attackers must capture details from a user's browser-to-Jenkins authentication flow, after which the replay grants the targeted user's Jenkins access.
