Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized editid parameter
Published Jun 21, 2025 · Updated Jun 23, 2025
SQL injection in /admin/changeimage.php in PHPGurukul Art Gallery Management System 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter SQL queries. The handler passes the editid request parameter directly into an SQL query without sanitization or validation, allowing its structure to be changed. Access to the admin endpoint is required; successful injection permits unauthorized database operations under the application's database privileges.
