Account takeover via unsanitized forwarded host

Password-reset link poisoning in ZITADEL allows remote attackers to capture reset codes and take over accounts through a crafted host header. The origin middleware accepts Forwarded or X-Forwarded-Host values without rejecting a host containing a nonnumeric port, then uses that host to build the emailed confirmation URL. Affected releases are 2.0.0 through 2.71.17, 3.0.0-rc.1 through 3.4.2, and 4.0.0-rc.1 through 4.5.0; exploitation requires the victim to request a reset and click the poisoned link, and MFA or passwordless authentication blocks takeover.
