Stored XSS in DNN Platform before 10.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through uploaded SVG files. The SVG content sanitizer incompletely detects script elements, allowing a crafted file to retain executable code after validation. A low-privileged account with file-upload access is sufficient, and the code runs in a visitor's browser in the site's origin, enabling session hijacking, data exfiltration, or page defacement.
