Arbitrary SQL execution via unsanitized appointment identifier

SQL injection in SourceCodester Patients Waiting Area Queue Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. The /php/api_patient_schedule.php endpoint fails to neutralize the appointmentID query parameter before using it in an SQL statement. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can read, alter, or delete data available to the application's database account.
