Account takeover via unbound email filter

Improper authorization in Primakon Pi Portal 1.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to assume another user's session via the email filter. The /api/V2/pp_users?email handler trusts the supplied email instead of binding it to the authenticated session and selects the first user when the value is blank. Any logged-in user can consequently access another user's data and privileges, while a blank value typically selects the administrator account.
