Unauthenticated command execution via upload parameters

Command injection in Fanvil X210 V2 firmware 2.12.20 allows remote attackers on the local network to execute arbitrary system commands. The webconfig file-upload handler passes the upload/dest value or upload/newfile filename to a shell command without neutralizing command substitutions. Access to the device's local web interface is sufficient; no account is required, and injected commands run on the phone.
