Authenticated router crash via oversized submit-url

Buffer overflow in the IPv6 setup handler in TOTOLINK X15 1.0.0-B20230714.1105 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router. The /boafrm/formIpv6Setup HTTP POST handler copies an oversized submit-url value into a fixed-size buffer without enforcing its destination bounds. A valid session token is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates denial of service rather than code execution.
