Client crash via concurrent freed-queue access

Heap use-after-free in airpig2011 IEC104 through commit be6d841 allows local users to crash a client during multithreaded execution. Iec10x_Scheduled reads two bytes from a queued heap object after IEC10X_Prio_ClearQueue frees it in another client thread. Exploitation requires concurrent local execution of the client and can abort the process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
