Root code execution via unsigned patch upload

Arbitrary file upload in Cohesity TranZman Migration Appliance 4.0 Build 14614 allows remote authenticated users to execute code as root. The Flask patch routes in /opt/SRLtzm/web/tranzman/views/patch.py decrypt, install, and execute uploaded patches with a shared static key but no signature, source, or content validation. Administrator access and possession of the shared key are required to re-encrypt a modified vendor patch; applying the patch grants full control of the appliance.
