Arbitrary file read in ThinkPHP 5.0.24 allows remote attackers to read server files through a crafted template path. Template.php's fetch function accepts an attacker-controlled template value as a file path without confining it to legitimate template directories. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed impact is limited to files readable by the PHP process.
