Cross-account data access via trusted user header

Broken object authorization in SirenGPS Android 2.19.44 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify other users' personal data. The POST /api/user/settings backend trusts the client-controlled X-Sirengps-Userid header without binding it to the authenticated session, so changing a sequential account identifier selects another account. A valid SirenGPS account and modified HTTPS request are required; exposed records include profile, medical, notification, and emergency-contact data.
