Authenticated project tampering via missing membership checks
Published Nov 7, 2025 · Updated Nov 7, 2025
Broken object-level authorization in Onlook 0.2.32 allows remote authenticated users to alter or delete other users' projects. The tRPC project update, delete, and tag mutation procedures accept a client-supplied project ID without verifying that the caller owns or belongs to the referenced project. Any authenticated account that obtains another project ID can change project data, remove tags, or delete the project without user interaction.
