NULL pointer dereference in POCO C++ Libraries 1.14.0 through 1.14.1 allows local users to crash a process via crafted multipart input. MultipartStreamBuf checks an attacker-controlled boundary with an assertion in its constructor; assertion failure unwinds a partially constructed MultipartInputStream and faults in ios_base destruction. Low-privileged local access to a consuming application's multipart parser is required, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
