Root command execution via qemu_options substitution

Command injection in PNETLab 5.3.11 allows remote authenticated users with lab edit rights to execute root commands when a QEMU node starts. device_qemu::command() appends qemu_options to a shell command, while secureCmd() leaves command-substitution syntax unfiltered before exec() runs it. An authenticated user needs lab edit rights and must start or reboot a QEMU node; successful injection runs commands as root on the host.
