Default credentials in QaTraq 6.9.2 allow remote attackers to gain administrative access through the web login page. The default installation leaves a fixed administrative account enabled, and setup does not force its username and password to change. Network access to the login page is sufficient for account takeover and the application's full administrative privileges.
