Unauthenticated SQL execution via unsanitized appointmentID

SQL injection in SourceCodester Patient Queue Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary SQL through appointmentID. The api_patient_schedule.php endpoint uses the parameter in a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax. A direct HTTP GET requires no authentication and can disclose or modify database data; no service interruption is reported.
