Arbitrary file download via unrestricted path parameters
Published Nov 7, 2025 · Updated Nov 12, 2025
Arbitrary file download in GuoMinJim PersonManage 1.0 allows attackers to read server files through the Download Center endpoint. The endpoint accepts attacker-controlled path and filename fields without restricting the resolved file to an approved directory. The published reproduction requires a root account, although CISA rates privileges as unnecessary; disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process.
