Arbitrary file upload in CMS Made Simple Foundation File Manager 2.2.22 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via PHP files. The /uploads/ handler accepts attacker-supplied PHP files and stores them in the web-accessible uploads directory, where the server interprets their contents as code. Administrator privileges are required, and execution occurs when the uploaded file is requested through the web server.
