Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked user identifier

Incorrect access control in GT Edge AI Community Edition before 2.0.12 allows remote attackers to read files uploaded by other users. The /api/v1/conversations/*/files API accepts a supplied user identifier and returns that user's uploaded files without enforcing ownership. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation requires a target user ID and exposes file contents without reported write or deletion access.
