Unauthenticated server crash via malformed Range header

NULL pointer dereference in Monkey through commit f37e984 allows remote attackers to crash the HTTP server with a crafted Range header. In mk_http_range_parse, a Range value shaped like bytes\0-= makes mk_string_copy_substr return NULL, which the function passes to atol. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation terminates the server process and interrupts HTTP service.
