Unauthenticated code execution via SQL injection
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
SQL injection in Shandong Kede Electronics' IoT smart water meter monitoring platform 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The unauthenticated query function in /kddz/imei_list.aspx passes the txtJZRQ parameter into a database query, while mixed-case eXeC bypasses its EXEC filter and enables xp_cmdshell. Network access to the page is sufficient; successful requests can invoke operating-system commands through the database server, as demonstrated with ping-based DNS callbacks.
